A retreat booking is confirmed only once we have received the required booking amount or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation. Confirmation details will be shared with you once your booking is accepted.
2. Payment
The payment schedule and applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the stated due date. A booking may be cancelled if the required payment is not received within the specified period.
3. Retreat Packages
Our retreats are offered in different durations, including 7, 10, and 14-day experiences. Each package may differ in the depth, pace and experiences included. Specific inclusions will be communicated before booking.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made and the terms communicated at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation charges will be clearly stated before your booking is confirmed.
5. Changes or Cancellation by the Guest
If you need to change your dates or other booking details, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
6. Changes or Cancellation by Explore Wellness Retreats
While we make every effort to deliver the retreat as described, we reserve the right to modify schedules, activities, accommodation arrangements, or other programme details when necessary, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we are required to cancel a retreat, we will communicate the available options to affected guests.
7. Travel, Flights & Visa
Guests are responsible for arranging their own international and domestic travel, including flights and visas. International guests must ensure they have the appropriate visa and valid travel documents before travelling to India.
We may provide general guidance regarding local transportation and travel arrangements but are not responsible for delays, cancellations, visa issues, or disruptions caused by airlines, immigration authorities, or other third parties.
8. Health & Medical Conditions
Our retreats are designed to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare.
Guests are responsible for informing us in advance about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements, medications, or other relevant circumstances that may affect their participation.
Where necessary, we may recommend seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating in certain activities.
9. Participation in Activities
Participation in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, excursions, workshops and other retreat activities is voluntary. Guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies and participate according to their individual abilities.
If you experience discomfort or feel unwell during an activity, please inform the relevant retreat facilitator or team member.
10. Food & Dietary Requirements
We aim to provide nourishing meals that complement the retreat experience. Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific nutritional requirements must inform us before arrival so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.
11. Alcohol, Smoking & Recreational Drugs
To preserve a peaceful and wellness-focused environment, the consumption of alcohol, smoking and the use of other recreational or illegal drugs are not permitted inside the wellness centre.
We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the retreat if their behaviour compromises the wellbeing, safety, or experience of others.
12. Guest Conduct
We ask every guest to treat fellow participants, staff, teachers, local communities and the retreat environment with respect and consideration.
Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or unsafe may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
